Music couple Beyonce, Jay Z set to thrill at Tidal music concert

Beyonce and husband Jay Z will join a long list of A-list music stars to perform at a forthcoming concert put together by Tidal.

The 'artist-owned' streaming service launched by Jay Z on March 30, 2015 has announced a big celebration they're calling 'Tidal X: 1020 to hold on October 20 at Brooklyn's Barclays Centre.

The blowout concert will feature not only Bey and Jay but other stars billed to perform include: Nicki Minaj, Usher, Prince, T.I, Lil Wayne, Damien Marley. Fabolous, Indochine and Hit-Boy among others.

According to reports proceeds from the concert will be donated to organizations that are 'dedicated to advancing positive community relations and effecting systemic change for the development and sustainability of just societies.'

Moreover, this inaugural event's philanthropic focus and the disbursement of the funds will be overseen by The New World Foundation, a New York-based organization which partners with various philanthropic initiatives, Billboard reports.

Tickets are available for Tidal subscribers, with a general on-sale beginning Friday, October 2. Prices for tickets range from $74 through $244.
