Singer Miley Cyrus planning all nude concert

Earlier this month, the 22-year-old singer confirmed on 'The Tonight Show' that she would be touring with The Flaming Lips to support her surprise (and free!) album 'Miley Cyrus and Her Dead Petz'.
Stripping down is nothing new for the former Disney channel star, but a completely nude concert is a pretty big deal.
Free those nipples, Miley!
